What is the definition of an accredited investor?
An accredited investor under Securities and Exchange Commission, Regulation D, Rule 501, is an investor wealthy enough to be exempt from registration requirements. Individuals or married couples must have a net worth of at least $1 million or annual income of at least $200K ($300K for couples) for each of the two most recent years and a reasonable expectation of the same income in the current year.

- Be sure to review our Startup Pitch Criteria.
- Complete the Application Form to Present / Pitch to Members.
- DO NOT send your deck at this stage.
- We will review your Application, and advise you "Yes - Approved", or "No".
If the answer is "Yes - Approved", what are the Next Steps?
- Pay the Application Fee.
- The Pre-Screening Group Leader will contact you with information to join our PSG Slack Group (dedicated channel) for ALL pitch-related communication.
- Meetings are as follows:
- PSG Meeting 1 - focuses on your Business Model / Revenue Model and provides you with expert advice.
- PSG Meeting 2 - focuses on how you incorporated our expert advice, and provides advice on your Pitch / Presentation and Tone.
- Formal Presentation to Startup Investors Lab members.
