Evaluating the effectiveness of a partnership requires assessing alignment, value creation, communication, and overall impact. Here are some key questions we may cover:

- The purpose is to inform and educate others about various aspects of the value and significance of partnerships to an organization’s business / operations.
- We also want to give you / your organization greater visibility.and profile.
What is the format?
- The overall time is 45-60 minutes.
- 10 minutes - sound check, video, questions, just getting comfortable
- 30 minutes - interview, on-camera
- 15 minutes - off-camera discussion, insights, sharing of needs
What will you ask?
- We have prepared a sample list of questions.
How will content be used?
- Randy will post excerpts of the video interview (the most viral parts) on YouTube
- Randy will write up a summary blog post for LinkedIn summarizing key tips, practices and insights

- Send us an email with:
- A headshot (circle format)
- Your LinkedIn Profile
- Your Full Name and Contact Info (email address, cell / mobile phone)
- Schedule a Date / Time for the Video Interview (Zoom)

Theme 1: Strategic Alignment and Goals
- How were the partners aligned on the partnership’s objectives?
- To what extent were the goals achieved, from those initially set? Explain.
- How did you measure, evaluate the extent that (both) parties were equally committed to the success of the partnership?
- Recommendations, lessons learned?
- Recommendations, lessons learned?
Theme 2: Value Creation and Performance
- What measurable value did the partnership create for both sides?
- What was the return on investment (financial, societal, SDGs or otherwise)?
- How has this partnership impacted revenue, customer acquisition, or market expansion, service provision, or….?
- Were there any unforeseen costs or inefficiencies that arose? ‘
- How did you deal with them
- Recommendations, lessons learned?
- How did you deal with them
Theme 3: Communication and Collaboration
- Was there open, transparent, and regular communication between partners?
- How quickly and effectively were conflicts or challenges resolved?
- What was the impact of culture on expectations, decision-making, accountabilities
- Did both parties feel heard and valued in decision-making?
- Were roles and responsibilities clearly defined and executed?
Theme 4: Trust and Relationship Management
- What was the level of trust between the partners - at the beginning, middle and end?
- How did both sides deliver on their commitments?
